The future of PYRGOS AFC is built at home. Our academy gives every young talent in the region the environment, the guidance, and the stage to shine.

Our Philosophy

People First, Champions After

Transfer markets change. Results change. But a club that develops its own players never loses its soul. Every academy age group follows the same footballing DNA as the first team: bravery on the ball, intensity without it, respect everywhere.

Every academy player is paired with a study mentor — school performance is treated with the same seriousness as development on the pitch. Parents receive structured progress reports each term.

Academy Age Groups

From U10 to U19, with certified coaches in every age category.

Born 2007–2008

The final step before the first team. U19 players train with the professionals' plan and intensity, and regularly join men's team sessions.

Born 2009–2010

The age where talent becomes identity. Emphasis on tactical understanding, decision-making, and physical development through individualised programmes.

Born 2011–2012

Technical refinement and first contact with high-level competition. Every player develops both feet and experiences every position on the pitch.

Joy, the ball, and foundations. U12 builds love for the game alongside core technical skills — always through play, never through pressure.

Open trials for all ages take place every July at the Pyrgos Training Centre. The next badge-carrier could be anywhere — it might be you.
